As a Transport Leader at PS Energi, you will work at the heart of the operation in the function that ensures that deliveries run smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. You will coordinate drivers, plan routes, manage the flow from order to delivery, and follow up on the same. The role requires flexibility, a good sense of service, structure, and strong communication skills, as well as being solution-oriented.

In the role of Transport Leader, you will:

-Plan and optimize daily runs and routes for bulk transports

-Coordinate drivers and follow up on deliveries

-Manage orders, customer contact, and documentation

-Work proactively

-Maintain close dialogue with customers, internal teams, and external partners

-Contribute to a profitable, stable, safe, and customer-oriented logistics flow

The working hours are at the office in Halmstad, weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30, and you will be part of the transport team consisting of three people in total. The position is a longer parental leave cover with a good opportunity for extension if mutual satisfaction exists.

-Experience in transport, logistics, planning, or a similar field

-Good communication skills and a strong sense of service

-Ability to prioritize, plan, and think ahead

-Good computer skills and confidence in administrative tasks

-Preferably understanding of routing systems, transport flows, or the fuel/energy industry (meritorious)
